Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in a long-term care setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility support including transfers and positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Support residents' social and emotional well-being through meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized living environment for residents.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices.
