Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ashland, Ohio is offering a CNA Trainee Program with paid training and full-time opportunities on all shifts. The program covers a two-week day class and CNA exam, with no cost to you and employment upon completion.

Starting pay is $14/hr as a CNA Trainee, rising to $15/hr as CNA, plus shift differentials: evenings +$1.75, nights +$1.50, weekends +$1.00. Onsite, full-time roles with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-week day class before CNA exam.
• Onsite presence required; work permit if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care per policies and procedures.
• Support residents in Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab.
• Perform duties under supervision of Team Leader.

Full Time | Days, Evenings or Nights

Pay: $14/hr as an CNA Trainee | $15/hr as a CNA PLUS shift differentials: +$1.75/hr evenings, +$1.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends

Brethren Care Village, located in Ashland, Ohio is hiring CNA Trainees. This program is of NO COST to you and provides employment opportunities on all shifts based on availability!

What You'll Do as a CNA Trainee:

• The CNA Sponsored attends a two (2) week class Monday-Friday during the day and then takes the CNA exam.


• The CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant supports our mission and values by performing daily duties of resident care, per job standards, as directed by the Team Leader in accordance with prescribed procedures and policies, to ensure that quality nursing services are provided at all times.


• The CNA works in our 79 bed Health Care Center serving our residents in Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab.

Requirements for a CNA Trainee:

• Work permit required if under 18 years of age.


• Onsite presence required.
