Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living (ADL) care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Keep residents' rooms and care areas clean and neat.
• Document care as instructed and required.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the charge nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with mobility, positioning and transfers as needed.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
