Job summary

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily personal care and services to residents in accordance with each resident’s plan of care in Alabama.

The role includes assisting with ADLs, maintaining clean patient areas, documenting care, and reporting changes to nursing staff. CNA certification within Alabama or within 120 days of hire is required, with prior CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama or obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and activities of daily living (ADL’s) care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Keeps residents rooms and resident care areas clean and neat.
• Documents care as instructed and required.
• Reports all changes in the resident’s condition to the charge nurse.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents as necessary.
• Serves meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Responds to call lights and resident requests promptly and courteously.
