Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current Alabama CNA certification or obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents.
• Maintains clean and neat resident rooms and care areas.
• Documents care as instructed.
• Reports changes in resident condition to charge nurse.
• Monitors vital signs and reports any changes.
• Assists with mobility and transfers.
• Serves meals and assists with feeding as needed.
• Responds promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Performs other duties as directed.
