Autumn Woods is seeking CNA Trainees to begin a supervised training program with the potential for full-time or part-time employment after certification. The role offers hands-on experience in a skilled nursing setting while you complete CNA training.

Rate starts at $17.21 per hour and increases after certification, with training classes and clinical hours required. We provide benefits such as PTO for PT/FT, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• Interest in pursuing a CNA career.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the CNA training program.
• Observe resident care techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Assist with resident care under supervision.
• Practice CNA skills through demonstrations and supervised clinicals.
• Communicate observations to nursing staff and instructors.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights.
• Follow facility policies and infection control protocols.
• Attend all classes, training sessions, and activities.
• Complete training assignments and competency requirements.
• Perform additional duties within the training scope.
