Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a CNA trainee in New York. You will begin at $17/hr during the training phase and advance to $22/hr after certification. The facility will cover CNA training costs ($1700) and you will gain hands-on experience while in a CNA program.

Full-time position with benefits and weekend requirements. The role includes non-direct care tasks such as assisting residents, bed making, and transport.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• US work authorization (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to get along with residents of various cultures and backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Effective in recognizing problems and identifying workable solutions.
• Seeks out relevant information and effectively prioritizes tasks.
• Demonstrates appropriate follow-up.
• This is a non-direct care position, and some required tasks will include making resident beds, internal transporting of our residents, answering resident call lights, delivering resident food trays and other tasks as assigned.
