Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA-NAR training program.
• Eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry after training.
• Readable, writeable English communication skills.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled classes and pass the state certification test.
• Collect data on residents and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Communicate with residents, families and health team members.
