Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking an experienced CNA to join our team as a CNA Team Lead in Tarrant County, TX. This role targets CNAs ready to move into leadership while staying connected to client care.

You will mentor caregivers, coordinate care plans, and support scheduling and staffing across the service area. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $19–$21, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, hospice, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed.

• Be the first point of contact when a new client starts or a caregiver needs support.
• Serve as a bridge between clients, caregivers and office leadership, ensuring care runs smoothly across the service area.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and care management initiatives as needed.

At Benevolent Hearts Home Care, we're looking for an experienced CNA to join our team as a CNA Team Lead. This position is designed for experienced caregivers seeking more responsibility, greater impact, and a clear pathway into leadership within home care.

This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs interested in developing skills that can lead to future advancement opportunities in caregiver development, scheduling, staffing coordination, and care management.

This Role Is Different

As a Team Lead, you'll be one of the first people we call when a new client starts, a caregiver needs support, or a client situation requires extra attention. You'll serve as a bridge between clients, caregivers, and office leadership, helping ensure care runs smoothly throughout the service area. You won't sit behind a desk all day, but you'll play an important role in helping clients receive consistent care and helping caregivers succeed in the field.

Because our clients depend on us, Team Leads must be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and stepping in when urgent client or staffing needs arise.
