Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking an experienced CNA to join our team as a CNA Team Lead in Tarrant County, Texas. This leadership role is designed for CNAs who want more responsibility and growth into supervision, scheduling, and coordination across the service area.

You will bridge clients, caregivers, and office leadership, ensuring care runs smoothly while maintaining high-quality services. This role offers growth potential and a clear pathway into leadership within home care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in home care or related healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

This Role Is Different

As a Team Lead, you'll be one of the first people we call when a new client starts, a caregiver needs support, or a client situation requires extra attention. You'll serve as a bridge between clients, caregivers, and office leadership, helping ensure care runs smoothly throughout the service area. You won't sit behind a desk all day, but you'll play an important role in helping clients receive consistent care and helping caregivers succeed in the field.

Because our clients depend on us, Team Leads must be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and stepping in when urgent client or staffing needs arise.
