Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking an experienced CNA to join our team as a CNA Team Lead in Tarrant County, Texas. This leadership role is designed for CNAs who want more responsibility and growth into supervision, scheduling, and coordination across the service area.

You will bridge clients, caregivers, and office leadership, ensuring care runs smoothly while maintaining high-quality services. This role offers growth potential and a clear pathway into leadership within home care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in home care or related healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Comfortable using smartphones and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to safely transfer and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support caregivers as needed and serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and care management with office leadership.
• Maintain open communication with clients and families to ensure smooth service delivery.
