Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days.
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities.
• Review dietary restrictions to ensure appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
