Job summary

Bay Area Hospital in Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will perform comprehensive clinical and clerical tasks aligned with Oregon's unified CNA standards to support safe, dignified patient care.

You will handle patient bathing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring, while documenting vitals and care in the EHR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Oregon CNA certification per 2025 standards.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, toileting, and repositioning.
• Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility using assistive devices.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, pain levels and report abnormalities.
• Input and verify patient information in electronic health records (Epic).
• Support communication within the unit and with visitors as directed.
