Job summary

Geneva Lake Manor in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a CNA Supervisor to lead CNAs, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing. The role emphasizes orientation oversight, adherence to core values, and ongoing staff development.

You will work cross-functionally with departments to maintain scheduling, training, and performance improvement initiatives in a 60-bed not-for-profit setting. Lake Geneva residents rely on a proactive, coaching leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA for minimum of 6 months.
• Must demonstrate the CORE Values: Do the Right Thing; Foster Positive Relationships; Be Committed; Be Innovative; Be able to Coach, Guide, and Lead.
• Must maintain an exceptional attendance record according to employee handbook guidelines.
• Must be current with all required education.
• Must be dependable and able to work all shifts as needed to support staff and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify completion of the orientation checklist for newly hired CNAs.
• Collaborate with the DON to promote best practice care and ongoing education.
• Attend QAPI, Safety, Weight, Fall, Psychotropic meetings and other DON/Administrator assigned sessions.
• Conduct daily audits of CNA care and documentation (peri checks, bathing, transfers).
• Develop, maintain, or support the CNA schedule and orientation for new hires.
