Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio.
• Experience in good documentation and communication; able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
