Job summary

Otterbein Marblehead is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA to join our resident-centered care team. You will assist residents with daily tasks, support nursing staff, and help residents remain as independent as possible in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required by the state and listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use lift techniques and lift equipment to move and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents remain as independent as possible during daily activities.
• Maintain accurate, efficient, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
