Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Certification required in Ohio, with support for growth and a supportive team environment. We offer multiple shifts in a community-focused setting near Maumee and Perrysburg.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.
• Experience providing resident care under supervision of a nurse.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents stay comfortable and as independent as possible in daily life.
• Document care accurately, efficiently and timely.
• Plan and assist with meals and share mealtime with residents.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
