Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to support residents with dignity and independence. You will promote resident choice while delivering high-quality care in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Ohio CNA/STNA; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry; on-the-job assistance offered.
• Experience: Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and safety to elders.
• Present elders with choices and decision-making opportunities.
• Engage in meaningful activities with elders.
• Assist elders in getting up and to bed when they want.
• Plan and prepare meals with residents and dine together.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
