Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) who value compassionate, person-centered care. At Otterbein you are a partner in caring, sharing in a mission to honor residents’ choices and support independence across our Sunset House locations. Shifts available: Full-Time 2nd and Part-Time 1st.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; able to use lift techniques/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing day-to-day assistance (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care).
• Provide a wide range of support under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay comfortable and as independent as possible.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
