Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA to provide compassionate, person‑centered care in our Ohio communities. Certification is required and candidates must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with shift differentials of $3.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow as a Partner in Caring.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio; pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulation and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under a nurse's supervision.
• Foster resident independence and comfort while supporting daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely care documentation.
• Plan and assist with meals and social activities with residents.
• Handle laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
