Job summary

Otterbein is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our caring teams in Springboro, Ohio. We offer full-time and part-time roles across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, with competitive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent in daily life.
• Provide accurate, timely care documentation.
• Plan and assist with meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as needed.
