Otterbein SeniorLife in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN roles across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with shift differentials of $3.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift.

Join a team focused on person-centered care and resident independence. Responsibilities include daily living tasks, care under RN supervision, accurate documentation, meal assistance, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and cook residents’ favorite foods and eat a meal with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
