Pikes Peak Post Acute in Colorado Springs is hiring a CNA Staffing Coordinator Assistant. This full-time role focuses on maintaining work schedules and ensuring coverage aligned with facility expectations, while collaborating with the Staffing Coordinator to support patient-centered care.

Successful candidates hold a current CO CNA license and have experience scheduling RNs, LPNs and CNAs; healthcare experience in post-acute facilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO.
• Experience scheduling RNS, LPNs and CNAs preferred.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain work schedules and ensure proper service coverage based on the expectations of the facility.
• Collaborate with Staffing Coordinator to optimize staffing coverage.
