Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a State Registered Nurse Assistant (SRNA) / Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support residents with personal care and activities of daily living.

The role requires communication with residents and nursing staff, and completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program. 12-hour shifts are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts with flexible scheduling and day-pay options.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Check residents who are unable to call for help.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations
