HumanGood's Terraces of Los Gatos community seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care under the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will support daily living activities, maintain safety, and encourage resident independence in a warm senior living environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years of CNA experience in skilled nursing and prior caregiving background.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule: On-Call

• On-call weekends (AM and PM shifts).

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a CNA in skilled nursing
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience is required
