HumanGood in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate resident care under our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help create a safe, supportive environment in our Health Center.

Shift options include AM, PM, and occasional NOC; new grads welcome. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $25.50–$30 per hour, reflecting experience and responsibilities.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) within our Health Center actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift:

• AM /PM / NOC shift: availability for PM shift is preferred.

Pay range for Skilled Nursing: $25.50-$30 an hour depending on experience.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• Being open to Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Assisted Living
• New grads are welcome!
