Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care under RN supervision. You will help with daily living activities, document vital signs, and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality care across shifts.

The role offers day shifts in a long-term care setting, competitive benefits, and opportunities for shift differentials and daily earnings access. Prior CNA certification and-state requirements are expected.

Qualifications

CNA certification with State Board
Experience in long-term care preferred
Minimum age 16
Annual competency testing with 12 hours CE required
State registry/Unlicensed Assistive Person applicability

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing) as assigned.
Record vital signs and document health data per care plan.
Support RN in delivering patient-centered care under supervision.
Assist with meals and dining to create positive dining experiences.
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
