Qualifications

• Must have current and active Illinois nursing aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Positioning, Moving, and Restorative Care.
• Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
• Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
• Dining Assistance.
• Dressing and Undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and Elimination.
• Comfort care and End of Life Care.
• Answer call lights timely and promptly.
• Report all changes in resident's condition to your assigned nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the facility.
