Job summary

Prairieview Lutheran Home in Illinois seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and report changes to the nurse while upholding resident dignity and confidentiality. Requires an active Illinois CNA certification.

Weekend and holiday shifts may be required. We offer a $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs and a $1000 sign-on bonus for part-time CNAs to welcome you to our caring

Qualifications

• Must have current Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to follow care plans and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow care plans and infection control procedures; maintain resident confidentiality.
