Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).
- Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents.
- Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Ensure resident safety through infection control policies.
- Provide personal care: bathing, toileting, dining, mobility.
- Support residents to maintain independence and dignity.
- Maintain calm under stress with a can-do attitude.
- Foster compassionate, meaningful engagement with residents.
