Job summary

Care Plus Management seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL. The role provides direct resident care under licensed staff supervision, focusing on ADLs, safety, and comfort for residents in a state-licensed facility.

The position requires active Illinois CNA certification and prior long-term care experience is preferred. Full-time shifts are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with every-other weekend; a $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Must have active Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation with proper equipment.
• Measure vital signs and document intake/output.
• Support ROM and skin integrity.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse.
• Document care in facility records.
• Encourage participation and maintain privacy.
• Follow infection control and PPE procedures.
