Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Washington state is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This full-time role supports SNF residents with daily living activities, monitors conditions, and collaborates with nurses and therapists to promote safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to SNF residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues.
