Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Support with meals, hydration, and nutrition and assist with dining.
• Assist with transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and use of transfer equipment.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; follow infection prevention policies.
