Job summary

Caraday Healthcare is seeking a CNA Scheduler to support daily operations in the Administrative Department. This role assists residents with daily living activities and manages facility scheduling to promote resident independence and dignity.

The position requires a Texas Nurse Aide Certification and strong scheduling/coordination skills. The environment is on-site in a clinical facility with weekend/evening shifts anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• Good standing on Nurse Aide Registry in Texas and Misconduct Registry.
• Clear verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs.
• Follow the charge nurse's assignments.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort.
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed.
• Perform on-floor CNA/CMA duties as needed.
