Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful care environment.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
