Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.
• Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.
