Job summary

San Jacinto Post‑Acute in San Jacinto, CA is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. This opportunity offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules with a pay range of $18.50–$21.00 per hour, DOE, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care
