Job summary

San Jacinto Post-Acute in San Jacinto, CA is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Full‑Time and Part‑Time opportunities with a pay range of $18.50–$21.00 per hour are available, DOE.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, taking vital signs, and providing compassionate support in a fast-paced, team‑oriented setting. California CNA certification in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
