Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board in the state of practice within 120 Days.
• High School or GED Equivalent.
• Less than 1 year Related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and mobility.
• Performs vital signs and documents information accurately.
• Assists with restocking supplies and maintaining a clean environment in the unit.
• Supports families with emotional, educational and spiritual needs.
