Job summary

Avera Brady Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, communicate effectively with nursing staff, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with hygiene and mobility, and supporting residents and families. A CNA license is required; high school diploma or GED preferred. Sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• CNA certification/licensure required; ability to perform caregiver duties.
• Visual acuity and hearing adequate to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personal care and services to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform routine nursing duties and assist with patient safety.
• Take vital signs and document information accurately.
• Support with mobility, transfers, feeding, and meal trays.
