Qualifications

• CNA license required and active in-state certification.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document vital signs and care provided on appropriate forms.
• Support restocking supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide emotional, educational, and spiritual support to families.
• Follow policies, confidentiality, and safety procedures at all times.
