Job summary

Avera Brady Health and Rehab in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Nurse Assistant in training to become a Certified Nurse Assistant. You will provide direct, personal care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment, helping with activities of daily living and safety.

The role includes performing basic clinical tasks under supervision, taking vitals, assisting with mobility, and documenting care. Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $3 shift differential for night hours, with weekend

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the specified hours.
• Provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Document and communicate care needs and patient changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Aid with bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and safety.
