Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Opportunities available for part-time and full-time roles in a continuing care community in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans with attention to preferences and routines
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly
