LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants at The Residence at Brookside in Avon, CT for full-time and part-time shifts. The role focuses on resident care, personal assistance, and engagement with seniors to uphold dignity and independence.

Competitive hourly wage of $21.25–$24.25 with full-time benefits starting from day one, including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay. Training and ongoing in-service education provided.

Formación

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent per state requirements.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State.
• Experience in direct elder care preferred, especially with dementia.
• Current CNA license/certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential personal care and assistance per service plan.
• Assist with medications as allowed by state regulations and document entries.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to support independence.
• Record incidents and care details in the community computer system.
