LCB Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA) at The Residence at Brookside in Avon, CT. This full-time role offers evening and overnight shifts with a competitive wage band and benefits starting from day one.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance, and engagement activities to support residents' independence and dignity. Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by state regulation.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written; able to document services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Deliver services per the approved service plan.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document appropriately.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Document services and incidents in the community computer system.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly resident units and assist with laundry.
