Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring CNAs at The Residence at South Windsor Farms in Connecticut. Full-time and part-time opportunities available on day and night shifts.

Wage band: $21.25 - $24.25 per hour based on experience; benefits start day one and tuition reimbursement offered. As a Resident Care Associate, you will assist with daily living activities, support medications under state regulations, and provide compassionate care that respects resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid training required per state mandates.
• Current CNA certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Administer medications according to state regulations and document accurately.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and therapeutic programming.
• Monitor changes in resident health and report to the RN or designee.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas.
• Document services provided and input data into the community computer tracking system.
