Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants in Monona, Wisconsin to support residents with daily living and personalized care. You will document care and assist with activities of daily living to help residents maintain independence and dignity.

The role involves mobility assistance, bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and following ISP guidelines, ensuring safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP and assist with mobility using safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks, document care accurately and respond to alarms promptly.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention and safety requirements.
• Participate in meetings and training; contribute to a safe, homelike environment.
