Job summary

Heritage Court Senior Living in Eau Claire, WI is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our team. You’ll provide personalized care, helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP or care plan.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report concerns.
• Document resident care and services accurately.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
