Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care and support while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. You'll follow ISP, assist with daily living activities, and observe residents closely for changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
• Ability to safely use resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes and report concerns.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention and safety requirements.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
