Leisure Care is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our full-time overnight team in New York. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., providing compassionate care to residents in a vibrant senior living community.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe changes in residents’ conditions, coordinate with team, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment. Training is provided for medication assistance.

Qualifikationen

• CNA or HHA preferred.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults.
